Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Matase, we strive to ensure that your handmade products arrive safely and promptly. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping process, delivery times, costs, and other important information regarding your order.


1. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from Babiná, Slovakia or from Turin Italy. However, some locations may have restrictions due to local customs regulations or shipping limitations. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will contact you immediately.


2. Processing Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 10 business days after payment confirmation.

Handmade & Custom Items: Please note that some items, especially custom or made-to-order products, may require additional processing time. 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Below are general estimates:

Slovakia & Czech Republic & Italy 3-8 business days

Europe 3-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

We will provide you with a tracking number (if applicable) once your order is shipped.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and selected shipping method. The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5 EUR

Free Shipping: Available for orders over 60 EUR (if applicable).


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may delay delivery times beyond our control.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at w.matase@gmail.com. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment.


7. Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

3. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.


8. Address & Delivery Issues

Ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
