It may seem that fruit is a summer affair. But looks do tell a lie! Don't we like to enjoy it all year round? And that's exactly what this necklace is all about, the little pleasures that we *want* to have with us all the time. Plus, when the fruit is in white, the season doesn't matter at all.
Your necklace has a strawberry, a grape, a lemon, a leaf and an orange on it. And to make things even better, it's complete with pearls in different sizes, which, wait for it, were also all handmade!
The beads are handmade - modelled in white ceramic clay (earthenware), fired for the first time (bisque). They are then glazed to give them their colour and fired a second time (glaze firing). Since at this point the ceramic kiln reaches up to 1040°C in our case, we are always anxious to see if the glazes will be exactly as we imagine them. And when I say we, I mean me and *you*, we're in this together.
Basic length: 34cm (with clasp)
Clasp: Silver coloured hook (steel).
The clasp is supplemented by a 5 cm extension chain. On request I can make the clasp in gold colour. Just write.
